These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website bezpovechevushchitsi.com and the use of services offered by the „Bez Poveche Vushchitsi“ centers. By browsing the site and/or booking an appointment, you declare that you have read and accept these terms.

„Bez Poveche Vushchitsi“ is part of the international franchise Sin Más Piojitos. Services in each city are provided by the respective franchise center named at booking.
2. Subject
The centers offer professional mechanical removal of lice and nits, without chemicals, through a free diagnosis, treatment, and a free follow-up check after 5–7 days. The exact scope, duration, and price of the service are confirmed individually at booking.
3. Booking an appointment
Appointments are booked by phone, email, or through the site’s contact form. The booking is binding once confirmed by the chosen center.
Please arrive at the agreed time. If you’re late, the center may offer a different time if the schedule doesn’t allow you to be seen immediately.
4. Cancelling or changing an appointment
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify the center at least 6 hours in advance.
In case of a no-show without notice, the center reserves the right to deny priority at the next booking.
5. Prices and payment
Current service prices are listed on the „Services“ page, or confirmed by the center at booking. Payment is made on site at the center, by the method specified by the respective franchise partner.
6. Follow-up check
The free follow-up check after treatment is part of the service and takes place about 7 days after it. The conditions around it are described in detail on the „Recommendations“ page.
7. Client’s rights and obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate information when booking, and to follow the specialist’s recommendations before and after treatment, in order to avoid reinfestation.
8. Liability
The center exercises due care when performing the service, but is not liable for reinfestation occurring after treatment due to failure to follow at-home aftercare recommendations, or due to contact with an infested person.
9. Site content
The text, photos, and design elements of the site are the property of „Bez Poveche Vushchitsi“ or are used with permission. Copying or distributing them without express consent is not allowed.
10. Third-party links
The site may contain links to external platforms (e.g. Google Maps, Google reviews). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
For all matters not covered here, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, or, failing that, by the competent court.
